dash vault

This yougesh freak explains how to Dash Vault over an obstacle in Parkour that you may learn easily so you can do at any time.

Run and jump.1)Run towards the obstacle and jump over it. This is just practice. Do this again and again until you feel comfortable with the jump.If you want to develop your jump then develop legs muscles which helps to jump higher.

Kick your legs forward.2)Kick your legs forward when jumping over the obstacle. The trick is to bring one leg up first and then follow with the other quickly. This gives the illusion that both legs are coming up together. Remember be careful while doing this move.

3)Touch the obstacle. Try to touch the obstacle with one hand while jumping over it. The idea is just to touch it near the end of you jump. Get comfortable with touching the obstacle before moving on to the next step.

Push forward.
4)Push yourself forward a bit while touching the obstacle.

Land and keep running.5)Now touch with two hands. Push yourself off and keep running. This should be a near seamless movement, with little loss of forward momentum. So,keep it up and learn but don't forget to practise it.
